  Went to the Shelbyville store to buy an area rug and the lady we had always worked with was on vacation. For this reason, we had to buy from their Taylorville store. After the rug came in a week after it was suppose to, we were told it would come on a truck to Shelbyville. We continued to hear this till Thursday. At that point we were told there won't be a truck till next week. This didn't work for us because we had 40 people coming to our home on Saturday. So, what would make us as customers happy? Pretty simple, make a special trip and bring the rug to the store near our home (Shelbyville) or discount the rug for us driving over an hour to pick it up. You think this small town store would do either, NO! The answer was NO, you bought it at our Taylorville store, that is where you have to pick it up. No, we bought it at your Shelbyville store, but had to call Taylorville because your employee was on vacation. For this reason we have chosen to look elsewhere, where they think more of their customers.
